Please read these terms carefully before using our website or booking our diagnostic services.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Prakruthi Diagnostic Centre website and all diagnostic services offered by us. By using our services, you enter into a binding agreement with Prakruthi Diagnostic Centre, located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. Please read these Terms carefully.

Acceptance of Terms

Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website, booking an appointment, or using any of our diagnostic services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

Our services are available to individuals of all ages. For patients under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent and be present during sample collection or testing.

Modification

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Our Services

Scope of Services

Prakruthi Diagnostic Centre provides medical diagnostic services including blood tests, imaging (X-Ray, Ultrasound), ECG, and other laboratory investigations. Our services are for diagnostic purposes only and do not constitute medical advice or treatment.

Report Accuracy

We follow NABL-accredited standards to ensure the accuracy of all diagnostic results. However, diagnostic tests are subject to inherent variability, and results should always be interpreted by a qualified healthcare professional.

Home Collection

Home sample collection is available within our service area. We endeavour to arrive within the scheduled time window, but delays may occur due to traffic or operational factors. We are not liable for reasonable scheduling delays.

Report Delivery

Digital reports are delivered via email or WhatsApp as per your preference. Physical reports may be collected from our centre. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect contact information provided by you.

Section 3

Appointments & Cancellations

Booking Confirmation

An appointment booking via our website or phone is a request for service. We will confirm your appointment via phone or WhatsApp. The appointment is only confirmed upon our acknowledgement.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your appointment by contacting us at least 2 hours before the scheduled time. We will accommodate reschedules subject to availability.

Cancellation by Patient

If you need to cancel, please notify us as early as possible so we may allocate the slot to another patient. Repeated no-shows may result in a requirement for advance payment for future bookings.

Cancellation by Centre

In exceptional circumstances (equipment maintenance, staff unavailability, force majeure), we may need to reschedule your appointment. We will notify you at the earliest opportunity and offer an alternative slot.

Payments & Refunds

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service or sample collection. We accept cash, UPI, and major debit/credit cards. Pricing is subject to change and the price applicable is the one confirmed at the time of booking.

Refund Policy

If a test cannot be performed due to insufficient sample quality or equipment failure attributable to us, a full refund will be issued or the test will be conducted at no additional charge. Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.

No Refunds After Processing

Once a sample has been processed and the report generated, no refund will be issued for the test. If you have concerns about a result, we offer a free re-test subject to clinical review.

Patient Responsibilities

Accurate Information

You are responsible for providing accurate personal and medical information when booking or undergoing tests. Incorrect information (such as fasting status, medications taken, or medical history) may affect the accuracy of results.

Fasting & Preparation

Certain tests require specific preparation (e.g., fasting for 8–12 hours). It is your responsibility to follow the preparation instructions provided at the time of booking. We are not liable for inaccurate results caused by failure to follow preparation guidelines.

Conduct

Patients and accompanying persons are expected to behave respectfully towards our staff and other patients. We reserve the right to refuse service to individuals who are abusive or disruptive.

Limitations of Liability

No Medical Advice

The information on our website, including service descriptions and health tips, is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Always consult a qualified doctor for diagnosis and treatment decisions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prakruthi Diagnostic Centre shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or reliance on our diagnostic reports.

Maximum Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific test or service giving rise to the claim.

Section 7

Prohibited Activities

Website Use

You may not use our website to: submit false or fraudulent appointment requests; attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems; scrape or harvest any data; or engage in any activity that interferes with the normal operation of the website.

Impersonation

Booking appointments under a false identity or on behalf of another person without their consent is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Governing Law

Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.

Dispute Resolution

We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before pursuing formal legal action. Most issues can be resolved amicably and promptly through direct communication.

Changes to Terms

Right to Modify

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the date below and, where appropriate, notifying patients directly.

Continued Use

Your continued use of our website or services after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you disagree with any changes, please discontinue use of our services.
